Make TIME your FRIEND



Organize your time and your life will happier and simpler.Once you realize the importance and the power of time and your relationship with time,you can manage it wisely. You can manage it by following a few simple rules:


Bad stuff out, good stuff in; make time for what's important; and define how you and time get along. 
  
Maintain your diet and sleep schedule.
Eat at regular hours and sleep for at least 7 hours in order to maintain a perfect mind and a healthy body. 
Try to have get an early start on your day.Wake up early , about 10 or 15 minutes earlier than your normal routine..so you can finish all your work in time.

Do not spend too much time in the shower.Keep a timer on , for example for 7 or 8 minutes so that by the time it rings ,you are done with shower and on with other things on morning's list.

Plan your outfits the night before.Put whatever you're going to wear to one side of your closet, or folded neatly on a chair. When you are done with your shower each day, your outfit will be waiting for you.


Take some rest or a short nap once or twice during the day, to make your body fresh and in tune for more work and better performance of the mental activity. Sometimes just 5  or 10 minute's short nap does wonders, and keeps you fresh and active during the whole evening.



If you are in a stressful situation, do not panic, do not rush into making decisions, relax.Stay away from people with negative attitudes and avoid stressful situations. Take your time and with a calm mind and body make the decision to resolve the matters in hand.Control your anger,Avoid violence in thought, word and in your actions.


When there are some projects at hand, do not procrastinate, that would only make the matters more stressful,and do not panic or stress over it either, both are unhealthy ways to manage work at hand.With a relax and peaceful frame of mind you can get more work done than under stress.

So organize your self, your work.Avoid clutter ,arrange,organize,make lists of what's the most important and start with those that need urgent response.Step by step, one by one you can  get it  all done .



Manage your phone calls. Instead of making and taking calls throughout the day, allow your answering machine to to do it for you.Then, make or return calls during one or two hours each day.Ask your friends when to call you for a relaxing chit chat, so you can relax and also give them your full attention with out any stress on your mind.



Avoid huge cleaning each day, as you make a mess, quickly clean it up.
Make and use to do lists.Don't try to remember everything you have to do.Always jot down tasks, errands, things to pick up, etc. 


Remove junk and unnecessary stuff.

Avoid chaos at work and in your relationship.

Make life easier and simpler for yourself. 

Pay attention to what is directly in front of you.


Don't multi-task.
Multi-tasking always leads to a weakened focus and confusion.


Stay within your comfort zone.Do only the things that make you happy.Sing , do a little warm up dance in front of the mirror each morning,say all the positive things you can about yourself, make daily affirmations a ritual in front of the mirror, put a smile on your face and go on with your day smilingly. 




Do not procrastinate things, Try to do all your work and projects at hand or to do list with a calm attitude and with peace of mind.Keep your mind, your house, your workplace and your life free of clutter. 


Shed your physical and emotional clutter and find your true self,Happiness starts with being the real, authentic you.You can achieve happiness, peace of mind and joy by simply being ''you'' and that can be achieved by following your flow...doing the things that make you happy, that bring you inner peace and joy....To live that life of peace and bliss , try to remove the bad stuff and throw it out of your mind, your life, your window...by that I mean simply avoid anything that is negative, not good, unhealthy for your mind and body, any extra work load , clutter and all the unnecessary stuff that can cause stress on your mind and body.




The bad and negative things should be cut out of your life right away...including people or situations that cause stress on your mind and body.



In it's place the ‘good-stuff’ should be let in :
  • The things that make you happy and relaxed
  • The things that are important to you 
  • The things that excite you when you think about them
  • The things that bring you joy and make you smile.
  • The things that make you a nicer person to be around
  • The things that let you live the life you’ve always wanted
  • The things that make you, ''YOU ''!
De-Clutter Your Life. Find What Really Makes you Happy!Make the TIME your friend and live happily ever after :) Enjoy your life.
